The Bacteriology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is soliciting volunteers for a working group to update the display cases along the southeast corridor of the 2nd floor of MSB (near the teaching labs).
This initiative is part of ongoing efforts in the Departments of Bacteriology and Medical Microbiology & Immunology to create physical spaces that celebrate the diversity of research, education, and outreach activities occurring in our building and the vibrant and diverse community of people (both past and present) conducting them.
We welcome participation from all members of the Department, including (but not limited to) undergraduate/graduate students, faculty, and staff.
Interested parties should plan to attend our first meeting, to be held on Tuesday, April 2 in the 3411a Small Atrium of MSB. Snacks and beverages will be provided!
Unable to attend our first meeting? Provide your contact information HERE and we’ll be sure to include you on future planning emails.
